Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy:

Your first month's subscription payment will be at the time that you sign up for the subscription box.  Subscriptions renew on the 9th day of each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your subscription box will renew on the 9th day of the next month.  For example, if you bought your first box on the 10th of the month, your box will renew on the 9th of the month following your first month's delivery. The cut off is the 9th of the month for that month's subscription kit.  However, kits are pre-made and are subject to a limited number available.  An example of the billing cycle: You place a new subscription kit order on Sept. 11th and are billed that day for the October subscription kit.  You will then be billed on November 9th for the November subscription kit.  All kits are shipped on the 15th of the month.

Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

To pause, skip or cancel:

To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. 

Use the same email address you used for your order. After you’ve registered, you can login to your account and click, "Subscriptions". From here, you’ll be able to update payment, skip or pause boxes, and cancel.
